Self-introduction

I’m Japanese.
（わたし は にほんじん です。）
I live in Kyoto.
（わたし は きょうと に すんでいます。）
My hobby is sign language.
（わたし の しゅみ は しゅわ です。）
I was an elementary school teacher for 13 years.
（13ねんかん しょうがっこう の せんせい を していました。）
I want to be able to have fun talking with people from all over the world.
（せかいじゅう の ひとと たのしく はなせるように なりたいです。）

I gave up.

I once studied Korean on my own. However, I had to give up because I had no place to use or practice. I didn’t have the money to go to a language school. I’m sure there are people all over the world who want to study Japanese but are worried that they have no place to use Japanese or no one to speak Japanese with. That’s why I want to create a place where people can communicate in Japanese and a place where they can learn Japanese for free.

Ｉ started TikTok LIVE in June 2024 to connect with people around the world.As I continued to do LIVE every day, people who wanted to study Japanese began to follow me.

And in just one month, the number of followers exceeded 10,000.

I wanted to be someone who could support people who want to learn Japanese, even if just a little.
